Who does not love Thai Green Sauce?
If you don't, skip this page.
But if you do, hold up! Continue through below.
As I've said before, I love my weekend preps and one of the preps I usually do are sauces!
And today I wanna share with you my Thai Green Sauce which normally we'll have with the Vietnamese Rolls or My Ugly Dumplings! Yummy!
But anyways, here's the recipe and if you've tweaked or twerked it to y our liking, do let me know so I can try out your version too!
INGREDIENTS
1 packet of Fresh Green Chilli
1 packet of Green Bird's Eye Chilli (Cili Padi)
1 packet of Celery
1pc Lemon (we only need the juice)
1pc Palm Sugar
15 stems Cilantro
2 stalks Mint Leaves
3 clove Garlic
5 tbsp Mayonnaise (up to you how you want it)
2 tbsp Fish Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all the ingredients in batches with a little water - DO NOT use too much water as this will make the mixture too watery after. (Do not blend too much at one time as this will spoil your blender - trust me because I have experienced it while making my Ugly Dumplings!)

And you are done! Easy right!
You'll now taste the sweetness of the palm sugar, the spiciness of the Bird's Eyes Chilli, sourness from the lemon juice and bitterness from the cilantro as well as the Fish Sauce! Now dip in your Vietnamese Rolls or Ugly Dumplings for a meal!
I would have this easy prepped meal for work on days the boys have burgers or hotdog buns because they only come in 4's! Urrrrggghhh!!!
