Continuing from Week 32 of 52, the boys had some new meals for recess. Hehehehe.
Thank you Facebook for the food recommendations every single day!
On Tuesday, they had the Chicken Mayo Pepper Croissant ala-ala Delifrance like that, with fried eggs on the side and banana for dessert as well as hotdog rolled with wholemeal bread for extra snack in case they're still hungry. Not to forget the Mozarella Cheese in the croissant.

Easy peasy! Prepping was not done the night before okays. Woke up at 3am in the morning and starr boiling the chiken fillet as well as the hotdog.
Rolled the breads, fill it with the boiled hotdog and fry it just like that over the pan, with no eggs. Trying to reduce the use of eggs in this household! 5 trays per month and I am getting egg-ziners.
While frying the hotdog bread, I shredded the chicken fillet and mixed it with Japanese Mayo (Kewpie) and pepper. Stuffed them into the croissants together with the Mozarella.
Put them into the oven for 15 minutes and done! Oh yes! Fry the balance shredded chicken mayo with some eggs as the sides. (I know, eggs!)

Only Lil' Junior's had lettuce because he loves lettuce so much that he ate all my lettuce meant for me. Hahahaha.
Mine was vegetarian croissant! And it is so so delicious! With avocado, iceberg lettuce, curly lettuce, tomato and japanese cucumber with some margarine and mozarella.
Baked in the oven together.

YOU MUST TRY IT OUT BECAUSE AVOCADO IS SUPER SEDAP. Hahahaha!!!
Ouh by the way, I got my Avacado online from Grab Mart - THE GROCERY DISTRICT - EIGHT COURTYARDS!
And on Wednesday, the last full day school of the week before National Day party in school and the extremely long weekend, the boys had Beef Burger with Egg in Wholemeal Bread and Mozarella except Lil' Baby aka Papao who wants Eggless French Toast instead. On the side was Banana Brownie with Chocolate Cream Biscuit as well as Grapes.

I was super excited to use the Oil-Free Grease Paper to wrap the 'wholemeal bread burger' because it was so cheap at LAZADA! Go get yours here okay! And the designs are super cute too!!! I actually reordered more. Hehehe.
There's 3 size by the way - 15cm, 18cm and 20cm. I got the 15cm and 20cm.
15cm for the French Toast base and 20cm to wrap the 'burgers'.
Eggless French Toast recipe? Of course I have it laaa. Click here for the recipe okies.
