Past few days...

I've been doing up orders non-stop daily, tending to enquiries, booking slots for confirm clients.

On top of all that, I have had to tend to 3 little monsters who are super talkative as well nowadays (Mummy, why like that? Why the cat don't want to share? Why this? Why that?) 😂😂😂

And I can definitely feel my body shutting down soon!

- Because I tend to have backaches and feel extremely sleepy -

In 2015...

Because I want the best for my boys who keeps pestering me to enrol them into school, I went ahead to Family Service Centre to get help on their school fees and so on; that's how I know about the start-up grant for preschoolers.

Note: I didn't ask anyone for help on where to go to seek help but search everything online (What's Google and Yahoo for then?)

So the person in-charge of my case guided me through and assisted me throughout the whole process (I enrolled the boys into school first via ECDA website before writing in to Family Service Centre to seek further help on the school fees.)

After accessing everything, she informed that they will proceed with the financial aid for the boys' school fees once they got a place in school.

So we waited for a year and in between she told me to proceed to some RC's to get financial aid on our house bills (SP Services, NTUC vouchers etc.)

Yes!

There are financial aid around us but we gotta EARN them with diligence.

I then told her,

'I am still capable of paying off our bills and my main concern is on my boys' school fees and getting them a place in school as soon as possible. Other than that, I can still cope. Let others who are in of more need to get the help they require.'

With that, she gave me a pat on my back and gave me a thumbs up (I knew she wanted to cry but she's being so professional and did not.)

PRIORITIES OVER NEEDS

Yup! I may NEED that financial aid in the future but not back then.

But my PRIORITIES are straight for the boys first - to get them to school and get the subsidies for the school fees!

Eventually, all of the #kbrothers are enrolled in the same school and receive the start-up grant as well as the school fees subsidies!

Forward a year later...

Two months back, I got a call from the RC and they told me to apply for the Milk Fund (what the heck is that?) - my first words to the staff on the phone. SORRY!

So she explained that its a new initiative by the government (I think that's what she said - as I was half awake when she explained through) to help parents with children below the age of 6 years old purchase milk powders.

She convinced me to get them since the #kbrothers are still on formula and so she told me which date and time to meet her and so on.

1. Meet the MP session

2. Mention applying for Milk Fund

3. Provide documents they need (birth certtificate and IC of parents)

4. Wait for call

5. Approve - Go collect your vouchers

I know lots of people won't have the patience to wait and queue for No. 1 but like I mention, you need diligence and determination plus patience for something to reap. (I don't know what I am talking but you get what I mean don't you?) Hehehehe.

So I went, waited and TADAAAAA!

I got mine yesterday night, after a month or so I guess.

I wasn't putting hopes to get them when I went to apply - since she convinced me to apply.

I just told myself,

'Just go lah! No harm trying. If approve, take. If not, its okay.'

So that's about the Milk Fund story!

Next is my house application!

Applied, waited and yuhoo!

We are moving in to our own home soon!

(Me and the #kbrothers obviously!)

After much issues and heartaches that I am going through since dot dot dot came, left, disappear, gone...

After 2 months of blaming myself for whatever happens, luck is still by my side still.

Orders for B'Zyne Services kept coming in...

Bookings for The Wedding by NAWF kept rolling and I suppose...

Luck came by my side again in ONE SHOT, ONE GO, ONE HEADACHE as well though.
