Had nowhere to bring the boys on the last weekend of the year so I googled for fun things to do online since I am on a 12 days leave - cleared 6 days and another 6 days of PH/weekends.
Chanced upon Sentosa's Floating Marvels and put it up on my calender! And I can't wait because it will be our first outing to Sentosa without their Dad and with a baby girl tagging along.

We had my grand-daughter for a week at our place because I was bored and they're so cute! They're twins, YES! Gave their parents some alone time to spend together and with their elder brother. But on the third day, had thier parents to come over to fetch the youngest sister because she recovered from her flu and cough while the elder sister did not yet so I had her sent home in order not to get infected again.
Sleepless nights for a week because I was busy sucking out her mucus and applying EO's as well as diffusing them Frankinscence. During the day I had the Frankinscence stones lit up the whole house and it smells so so good! Babies smell too musk the whole house that smell of BOYS AFTER SWEATING! Hahahaha. And this two girls sleep like they have not slept for so long throughout the night while I keep waking up to check on them. And I wonder how I did it with four boys alone last time when they keep falling sick one after another. Hahahaha. My time is over you alls!
Anyways, bibik cooked up so much food for our trip to Sentosa and the boys were excited because they have been wanting to swim for so long. Lil' Junior did not tag along because that boy is now a pre-teen and does not want to follow us much and since its not that an important event that needs all the boys to be with me, I allowed him not to tag along and spend time with his friends.
Mother followed because I made her too since she had no plans and because her great-grand-daughter is with me, so she followed. Hahahaha.
We went out quite late coz I didn't want the boys to swim for so long since the Floating Marvels starts only at 8pm. We arrived at Palawan Beach around 5pm and told the boys to be done swimming and playing by 6.30pm latest so they could shower, change, eat and be ready for the Floating Marvels to start.
Everything went as planned except it kept going back and forth with CAT 1 which annoys me coz I have to keep asking the boys to come out of the water and in again. Then there's me who sat on Lil' Baby's portable chair and broke it because I am that heavy thanks to my medication! I gained 22kg after my discharge from NCID in July and only losing 1kg per week now - good enough right, since I can breathe better nowadays and also walk faster without panting or getting tired as I used to. A walk from my workplace gate to the bus stop used to take me 15 mins and it only takes me 5 minutes now. I got better, thank you!
Anyways, the Floating Marvels were amazing! On top of that, its FREE too! Easily accessible via public transport.
Take the Circle Line or North East Line (Yellow/Purple Colour) and drop off at Harbourfront station
Go in towards Vivo City and head off to Level 3 via escalator near to McDonald's (I hate taking the lifts because brainless people loves to just use the lift instead of the escalator despite seeing us pushing the stroller!)
Find Sentosa station and tap your Ezlink card to board the Sentosa Express ($4 Adults / $2 Student Pass)
Take the Monorail and drop off at Beach Station
Head down and walk towards Palawan Beach
