| PLAYGROUND HOPPING SUNDAY |

On a very rare Sunday, I brought the kids out for an unplanned playground hopping. Unplanned because I wanted to bring them to a new obstacle course playground found in the middle of nowhere 'unknown', but we ended up at TWO instead!
I rarely let them boys spent so much time at the playground because I'm not a 'sun' person as it makes me 'red' fast. I get sunburnt faster than I could get a shade on.
But that rare Sunday was exceptional because for some reason, I wanted to tire them out so I could rest longer during their afternoon nap but lo and behold, them #kbrothers just wouldn't get tired at all! God, please help me!
While browsing through IG Stories yester-night before, I saw one of my Yishun Mummies uploaded a story of her kids having an unlimited time at a new playground and I sweep in a DM asking where is it at. She said its at 3G Park.
The what again??? Hahaha. I'm not as adventurous as I was during my younger wild days so I didn't keep up with all these new places.
Apparently she mention its near to our old place (our old abode that is -.-)
I was thinking, the park is open? But nope, I got it wrong. Its opposite Orchid Park Condo, somewhere near to the Khatib CC.
Therefore since they behaved, cooperated and finished off their homework, assignments, spelling and whatnot on Saturday 9the day before), promised them that they could play at the playground on the following day (that Sunday of course).
Still tired, woke up at 7.30am and told them to clean up the bed, get their breakfast while I tend to some customers orders, got them to have a cool bath before we headed out.
They were literally nagging throughout the journey.
"Mummy, why must we take the bus?"
"Mummy, where are we going? Why is the playground so far?"
And so on, but I kept my cool because, just because I wanted to!
Got off at Orchid Park Condo and headed off to 3G Park!
Yup, 3G Park is the name! Weird, but who cares anyways.
"Boys, wait a minute, I need to give you some rules!"
"We know Mummy! No shouting, No running, No fighting, No screaming. Okay bye Mummy."
Yeah, that's the convo nowadays. They have memorized the ground rules. Lucky me you would say. Easy boys? Nope! Had to keep them reminded still obviously.
Its a small place but lots of obstacles and activities to do though. Challenging ones strength and the excitement they had makes me feel - happy!
This was at 10.30am, the boys were saying like, "Mummy, please hurry, its so hot!"

Packed some snacks and food with individual water along - YOU HAVE TO because there is no shop around. Nearest was Sheng Shiong on the other side.
Its a convenient place that the boys could hang around while I did some exercise at the fitness corner. YUP! There's a fitness corner for everyone too!
After an hour, the sun was glaring so bright and scorching hot, leaving me with a sunburn on my face and sweaty boys, perspiring like they just came out of a shower. That was only at 10.30am okay! So please apply some sunscreen and lotion before you head over as there's no shelter or shades from the tree.
Told them we would be going to Northpoint for lunch and hang around for the aircon but eh eh eh! We got a call from Ammi saying she's coming over to 3G Park but I stopped her as it was too hot and so we decided to meet at Yishun Park instead.
I'm not one who likes to spend so much time outdoors when its hot but since we missed AJ so much, I just head on over and hearing that Ammi would be bringing Odin down as well, I miss that boy too!
And since I hate the sand alot when I am not wearing the appropriate attire, amazingly I just ignored my dislikes and let them boys have fun for a whole 3 hours after! 3 LONG HOURS with me doing nothing but just IG-Storying them the whole time, leaving my battery life to a mere 29% on our way home.
