If you have not known yet, my eldest who just entered a new phase of his life which is Primary School have started bringing packed food from home with his newly bought lunch box!

At first, I didn't plan to grab any specific lunch box and gave him pocket money instead for the first 2 days and when I was sneaking watching him during recess, I saw he had trouble getting 'rich food' - I mean food like a proper meal to last through the rest of the day.

He bought burger and milo during recess and didn't buy any food for tea break. Honestly, I wasn't so prepared for his transition as I was not well and the rest of the #kbrothers were not too.

While browsing Facebook on the Saturday, I saw a Mummy asking about suggestions on lunch box that is practical. I saw the comments and was like, WOW! These are awesome! And its what Lil' Junior actually described to me (he did not describe the brand but just wanted a lunch box with sections).

That night, after I got my Partipost payout (I will share on this in another post soon), I cashed them all out and dragged the #kbrothers to BumWear nearest outlet at Loyang Point, Pasir Ris. Waaah! Long time never go there so I had to get my Dad to accompany me over.

I was the one that's super excited with all the different variety of lunchbox they have and told myself, 'Can I go back to school already?' Hahahaha.

I invested in an OmieBox for $50.15 (they had 15% off storewide), got scolded from my Mum and Dad for getting such an expensive lunch box.

But I am looking at the long run you see. I had so many factors considered before I made the purchase okay.

6. My son has to pay me back $59 to get him a new set if he lost it - Responsibilty.

And I actually had a tiff with their dad over a $59 lunch box since its 'expensive'.

Its only 'expensive' when you purchase it on impulse! But I did my research!

Yeah! I'm hot-headed and always want things to go my way but hey...

I'm investing something to save my time and provide a better packed food for my son so that it'll stays warm when he have had his recess isn't it?

Maybe because I always write sweet little notes for my first born or maybe they just find that the lunch box is very practical?

Either one, I am happy with my purchase with my own hard earn money doing Partipost ads! These are the reason why I am doing (probably silly work to some) extra jobs so I could provide such good investments for the #kbrothers.

And I am definitely looking forward to get for BabyK, Lil' Baby and Lil' Precious in years to come when they venture on their new journey. And maybe, one for myself too since I am into 'NO RICE' affair at the moment?

But a $59 investment for myself now? Naa aah. Not yet. Maybe after I get my February payout for doing surveys online then I might consider getting a set for myself. Hehehe.

Yet I am looking at YumBox too maybe - or just go with it lah!
