Thanks to Facebook recommendations, the boys have been bringing different meals everyday now and on some days, they came home asking for the same meal for the next day which I have to reject because I try not to repeat the same dish so fast for them not to get bored of it.
Last week was PSLE Oral week so they had two days of Home Based Learning (HBL), therefore only 3 different meals were prepared for them.
First off on Monday, they had Fried Donut-styled Ham and Crab Maggi with Heart-shaped Cinnamon Bread, grapes for dessert, and Bin Bin for snack.

Making the Fried Donut-styled Ham and Crab Maggi was super easy! But the frying part was, urrrggghhh - takes so so long. Maybe cause I used a small frying pan instead of the medium or large ones. Hehehe.
I used the plain Maggi packets instead of those with the seasonings (don't waste seasoning laaaa). Boiled them till 3/4 cooked and let them cool in a strainer while I continued to boil the crabsticks and ham.
Once all boiled and strained, mix them all together and add in eggs - I added 4 eggs for 3 packs of Maggi but it's up to your preference though. Just know that I tweak and twerk recipes up to our taste buds even if it's from Google recipes. Different people have different taste buds right?
Then I clump the mixture to make them into donut rolls (actually I don't know what to call it because the recipe I found also didn't indicate the name of the dish - it was a tutorial video and I just blindly followed what was shown as there was no recipe indicated also. Hahahahahahaha. Oh yaaaa, add in your own seasonings ar like salt and pepper, etc okays.
I freeze it overnight so it would be faster for me to just fry them in the morning instead of making a mess and having to clean up the kitchen in the early morning. Faster or so I thought. Took me about 40 minutes or more I think to fry 13pcs of the Fried Donut-styled Ham and Crab Maggi!

In between, I made the Heart-shaped Cinnamon Bread and fried them on low heat on another stove in a medium pan (kan selenge namanya ni terbalik pakai medium pulak). Hahahaha! Can't blame me, it was 4.30 am!
It was really easy too! Just cut the bread into long strips, roll it into a heart shape, and poke it through a stick. Fry them and sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar while frying. Done! Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy~~~
The next two days were Home Based Learning day so no meals were prepared.
Thursday was fulfilling for them I supposed that they requested for the same dish the next day.
Why fulfilling? Because their lunch box was filled to the brim, literally!
The dish for that day was - Chicken Katsu Mac& Cheese with Nacho Fries base! Mane tak kekenyangan the boys! Hahahaha. Dessert was grapes and a chocolate biscuit for snack.

This meal took me one and a half hours in total because I had to fry the fries, make the mac & cheese from scratch, boil the macaroni and pasta (2 of the boys requested for pasta instead of macaroni - guess who laaaa - Papao and BabyK!) Then I had to make the Katsu Chicken and fry them - didn't prep it overnight because I like to fry Katsu Chicken immediately instead of frozen ones. Not forgetting I gave up making the nacho cheese by hand and dumped it into the blender to mix them instead. Hahahaha. That is how tiring this meal was that day.
So the base was fries (they requested for crinkle-cut) drained with nacho cheese.
Then the main dish was mac & cheese or the pasta & cheese goes on top of the nacho cheese.
Followed by lastly the sliced crispy katsu chicken.
Not forgetting to top it off with some drizzled mayonnaise or chilli sauce (I didn't drizzle it on top as they like it to be separated instead so I put them in the small condiment containers).

And on Friday, it was cheat bread day!
The whole dish was made out of bread! Biscoff French Toast with Cinnamon Bread and Chocolate Bread Crombolini!

Like any French toast you make, just layer it with Biscoff spread and dip it into the egg with milk mixture and fry them on all sides till crispy. I cut off the sides of the bread to use it to make the Cinnamon Bread (don't waste okay coz bread is expensive now)!
