Week two was a bit of a local and lazy day's dish I gotta say. Still trying to cope with the new routine I suppose.
We went all out for week three though. Hehehe. The boys were excited to know what was gonna be their next day's meals every time I arrived home from work. And as usual, my answer was, "Tomorrow morning you will know your menu."
When I was editing the photos, I realized that week three's menu was awesomely delicious!
We had Dakgangjeong with rice, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and double chocolate wafers to finish up the meal for Monday.
I've been making those Dakgangjeong with Yangnyeom and Just Chikin every Sunday for the past few weeks and the boys couldn't get enough of it! 2kg boneless leg chicken or 2kg drumstick chicken only for Sundays. Literally saved hundreds per month coz I stopped ordering from Jinjja Chicken, Wingstop, and 4Fingers! Coz you know, I'm helper-less on Sundays since it's Bibik's off day.
On Tuesday, I couldn't make up my mind about the menu and well, it's been so long since we had fried maggi so why not?
Bibik baked those yummy brownies the night before (prepped the dry ingredients for her before leaving for work on Monday morning itself). Fried maggi with a fried egg and hotdogs as mains, iced gems biscuits to sweeten their palate, and green apple for dessert - probably that's how they have their meal I guess. Not forgetting the yummy brownies too!

I really shouldn't be cooking in the early morning with my eyes closed! My fish and chips looked burnt instead and I didn't have enough energy to whisk the batter either.
But it doesn't taste burnt and the boys asked for it again upon reaching home for dinner time Bibik said.
Wednesday was a Western meal - Fish and Chips with mashed potato and chocolate biscuits plus oranges too. Mashing the potatoes so early in the morning is the reason why I always get easy-to-cook potatoes so I do not have to boil them for so long and waste my gas. Heeee.
Had to cut the fish for Lil'Baby and Lil' Precious because knowing them, they will take their own sweet time to cut them during recess.
I didn't make the meal on Thursday because I overslept (I had lots of paperwork to do the night before), and luckily I have already informed Bibik how to fry the Katsu Chicken before she goes to bed. I only did the Katsu Chicken Sauce upon waking up and assisted in packing the lunch boxes.
Dropped those Oreos (from Meadows) and slices of green apples - ready to go!
I loved Friday's menu because it was Chicken Burger with broccoli! At last, I get to try those chicken patties. Fried on the side with double chocolate wafers and green apple - I was too lazy to go buy fruits that week after the strawberries and oranges finished.
