PAYMENT Full invoice amount to be paid once the booking is done online. For other payment methods, kindly Whatsapp us at 94574520. CANCELLATION No refunds for any cancellations made less than 9 working days. Any cancellations made within 10 working days, 50% of payment invoice shall be refunded. Any cancellations made within 30 working days, 80% of payment invoice shall be refunded. DELIVERY, SETUP & TEARDOWN All items will be delivered and setup 1 day before your event (same-day setup is subject to our availability only with additional charge of SGD80.00) Setup will take approximately +/- 2hrs. You are required to arrange for someone to look after the décor items overnight while waiting for your event to start the next day. Due to the use of lighting, kindly request your Town Council to turn on the power supply before setup. Teardown approximately +/- 1 hr. SURCHARGE A surcharge of SGD80.00 applies for short turn-around time (less than 6hrs) between completion of setup & commencement of teardown. Any bookings/payments/changes in event dates made within thirty (30) days prior to event date, a surcharge of SGD50.00 applies. Any bookings/payments made within ten to fifteen (10-15) days prior to event date, a surcharge of SGD80.00 applies. Note: Once the booking is confirmed with payments, we will discuss with you further on the colour tones before we proceed to make. CREATIVITY & DESIGN RIGHTS We reserve the right of all usage, ownership, creativity & design for all the Works that we will produce. Any special requests to add/changes to our design/items/deco/accessories will be charged accordingly. Otherwise, please let our creativity flow freely. RIGHTS TO AUTHORSHIP CREDIT We also reserve the rights to use our work in our portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays our works). Customer and ourselves agree that when asked, Customer must properly identify us as the creator of the Work. Customer does not have a proactive duty to display our name / business name together with the Work, but Customer may not seek to mislead others that the Work was created by anyone else but us. DISCLAIMER For safety reasons, adult supervision is required at all times. We shall not be liable of any injuries (if any) that occurred during rental of our décor services.
